Top Ten Tuesday/ Halloween Freebie

It’s no secret: I love this season in books, so I have an idea that I’m not sure will work. I will pick 10 fall-related words and show you a book with each one, but there's a catch: the book must be already read or have been in my Kindle before 2024. Wish me luck … Continue reading Top Ten Tuesday/ Halloween Freebie →

Sorrows by Leonardo Amor

https://youtu.be/752gza18_aU I played music randomly by going to the Release Radar playlist and using the first song that plays while in shuffle mode, which doesn’t always work out. I might be speaking too soon because I haven’t looked to see if the lyrics are available; no, I wasn’t lucky. It’s something I’m seeing more and … Continue reading Sorrows by Leonardo Amor →

A Good Example of Love by Alexia Jayy

https://youtu.be/BIhcuGO5-Dk First of all, I need to apologise: even though I love seeing and liking everyone’s content, I got anxious about having so much to do on top of being sick, so I chose my health and blogging over emails. I was listening to the song “A Good Example of Love " by Alexia Jayy; … Continue reading A Good Example of Love by Alexia Jayy →

On the bright side, I was about … Continue reading Best of Both Worlds by Hannah Montana →

Which Poem Is Mine, Which Is AI?

Image is from Pexels My first idea was to pick some AI-generated music and then write poetry from my head, but I thought I would be judged for it. My next idea was to write a poem, then ask AI to produce a poem on the same topic and then ask you to decide which … Continue reading Which Poem Is Mine, Which Is AI? →

This Woman’s Work by Kate Bush

The Image is from Pexels So, I was watching a blind audition from The Voice, where a young 22-year-old woman shares that she’s the full-time caregiver for her mother, who was diagnosed with dementia in her 50s. I’m sharing this because most people associate some conditions with ageing, but that isn’t always the case. This … Continue reading This Woman’s Work by Kate Bush →

Off The Topic Thursdays/ The Truth

The image is from Pexels The truth doesn’t need to be paid Or twisted in any way So why does the truth suffer to come out Lies carry more lightness Because they never happened No marks to track Until someone digs and finds it

Constant Companion by Sam Smith

The Image is from Pexels Okay, not going to lie, I feel dumb on YouTube. They're putting AI-created music up with a title and the artist's name. It sounds exactly like the artist, and it’s not a song the real singer has released. I know I should know if a singer I love is releasing … Continue reading Constant Companion by Sam Smith →

Off The Topic Thursday/ Bedroom Door

The image is from Pixabay I woke at 3 am So I could say goodbye to you And that I love you But even if I called out for you That door stayed closed Because you were running late So you didn’t say I love you Because you assumed you could say again But … Continue reading Off The Topic Thursday/ Bedroom Door →
