I need to start this month by putting an end to the one that just passed. I have 60 novels which aren’t bad. Last year I ended my reading goal with 686 books, and I don’t think I will be able to reach the same number this year, but it will be in the 600-ish. As for readathin, I’m sure I did some of the prompts. I will try to take part in Reindeer Readathon by the time this post is up. I have already figured out how I’m doing and posted about it.

I see my endocrinologist in a few days, and I’m always nervous when I see him because I can never guess how my liver is doing. Since my last serious relationship, I have closed myself up to that kind of love. From my poetry this month, I guess you can tell that I’m opening up to the idea, at least.

I had some family stuff come up in November, so blogging and reading had to be put on the back burner. I know that I haven’t written the most powerful poems this month, but they have been special to me since they were taken from memories and events in my life. I have some days off from work to spend some time with my family for the holidays.
