If I’m thinking of it correctly, today is the 8th year of blogging, so I have done about seven posts like this, so it should be easy peasy, right? Wrong, each year I end up repeating myself. As you know, I daily blog and I try to do a bit of everything so everyone can find something to enjoy, but I’m also aware that no matter how much I do, it won’t reach everyone.
Blogging started as a tool for my mental health, but it became more of a want during lockdown since I was fired and was left with so much time on my hands. Then last year, there was an opening at work, and I applied and got hired. Which is great for my personal life and career, but not for my blog, since I now have to work five days a week instead of six, which has cut into my blogging time.
I know I don’t say it enough, but I’m super grateful for all of you, the ones that have been here for a while and the ones that have joined in the last year. I’m especially thankful for the one who books content or poetry isn’t their cup of tea, but they still come and visit. I have close to 50 comments to approve and plenty of emails, and swear I will look at them all. Before I forget, what are your thoughts on Giveaways, and who are the smaller/newer content creators you wish everyone would follow?
