I don’t know how I pick the topics I want to talk about often enough. It’s just a thought that passes through my head that I want to explore. Gender Dysphoria did hate me very young, but I didn’t know how to explain it, which I’m still mad at myself for. My mother took a set of professional photos from the time I was 2 years old. The same photos that she refused to take down after I came out, which is one of the reasons for going back home, were so painful. To clarify, I don’t blame my parents. In fact, to this day, they are the only two people I let misgendering pass. I still dislike when pictures of me are taken; my profile image is over six years old, and even if I look significantly different now, I don’t bother to change it. So, today, I’m learning and sharing fun facts about a topic I’m not that fond of.
The First Ever Photo Took Eight Hours To Expose:
The first-ever documented photo was taken in 1826, so next year marks two centuries of photography. Photographer Nicéphore Niépce took it, and it took eight hours to expose.
The Most Expensive Photo Has A Net Worth Of 12.4 Million As Sold In 2022:

The title of the most expensive photograph goes to Man Ray’s Le Violon d’Ingres, whose original print dates back to 1924. Back then, it must have sparked some discussion, as I would consider it a daring image for the time. As quoted by the international head of photographs at Christie’s:
“This beguiling Surrealist image is the result of a unique and hand-manipulated darkroom process.”
The Worth Of The Most Expensive Camera Is 14.4 Million.
You heard me right; I said 14.4 million, and Leica only produced 22 Leica 0-series back in the day. What makes it so valuable is that only 12 of its model exist, making it a rare and unique collectable item.
The Number Of Cameras Collected In One Collection Is 4,425 Cameras:
The photojournalist Dilish Parekh from Mumbai holds the title with 4,425 antique cameras.
I love learning and sharing bite-sized facts, as in this post. If there is a topic you want me to look into, let me know in the comments
