Top Ten Tuesday/ Goodreads Does It Again

January 19: Books I Meant to Read In 2020 but Didn’t Get To (You could take this opportunity to tell us what’s left on your seasonal TBRs from last year. Or books you were super excited about and then you didn’t get to them.)

Earlier this month, I did a post where Goodreads chose what I read next. The timing is excellent because I just finished reading the books from that post so I can do it again 😊. Those kinds of TBRs keep me on my toes because I can be a mood reader. Also, I have to say that half of the books on there I don’t know what they are about. They are on my kindle just like that magic!

First up is The Big, Not-So-Small, Curvy Girls Dating Agency (Plush Daisies #1) by Ava Catori. From the looks of its Becky Holgate, the main character is fat. The topic of size and weight in books can go either way for me. If written well, I would love it, but it can trigger me if the character starts to self-hate.

This one was a cover pick because I love the look.

This year, one of my goals is to support more indie authors, so I’m happy this book popped up.

Another cool indie author.

Oh gosh excited about this one, I read Pumpkin Everything the first book in this series and loved it.

One of the thickest books on my TBR and it is listed as LGBT+.

I did a thing by going on my kindle and searched the word ‘dog’, and all the books that come up were added to my TBR.

I think this one will be easy and fluffy.

Melanie Summers is a bit of a hit or miss for me, but I adored the last book I read from her The Royal Treatment.
