Hey Everyone,
As you know, I have been trying this new thing for me where I tell you about a book I loved and share a free ebook link to that book if possible.
Why I picked this book?
As last week, I’m in between two books to share. If you are familiar with YouTube cases and true crime, you know which memoir has just been released. I didn’t know about it until the aunt posted about it. As it happens, hours after I read it, I started to see it in the book community. So today, I’m talking about the other novel I had in mind, which is Snowed Inn by Erin Branscom, from the same series I mentioned I want to read this week.
Before I tell you about the storyline, I want to say that this is marketed as a holiday Rom-com, but in my opinion, it has a wintery vibe that isn’t typically holiday. Holly becomes a surrogate, so with money, she can buy the pizzeria her parents used to own. Little did she know the challenges she was about to face. I love how the characters bonded together, and everyone was willing to give Holly a hand.
First Lines:
“I’M SORRY, what did you just say?” I frantically scan the empty classroom and look for a place to steady myself from the shocking news I just received from the person on the phone. I lean back, my body
trembling as I prop myself up against the densely decorated wall adorned with my kids’ artwork. My face, no doubt, a stark contrast of gray to the multitude of colors on display.

Goodreads Blurb:
What if you had to work with your arch-enemy?
Everything was going according to plan until Beau Sutton and his brother Hank bought my family’s pizzeria and took away my dream. That’s okay because I have a plan.
Be a surrogate.
Buy back my family’s pizzeria or start a new one.
Don’t fall for grumpy Beau.
This plan sounded simple. None of these plans are working out like I thought they would.

Holly Springs is the worst and best thing that could have happened to me.
For the first time in my life, I’m trying to put myself first, starting over. I moved with my brother Hank to Freedom Valley to have a fresh start with our new pizzeria, Freedom Pie.
There’s a problem. I make the WORST pizza ever and I can’t get it right. I need to find a co-chef to save the restaurant and one fast.
The other problem is Holly Springs. From the moment I first saw her, I wanted her. She’s adorable, fiery, and friends with everyone in this small town, except me.
Can I get her to stop hating me and see that we both want the same dream?
