TBR Highs and Lows Kindle Edition!

Being that I have 5975 books on my kindle app, I know it’s time to get rid of some books. Since in 2015, when I began using the app, I would buy any free book, I could get no matter what it is about making me a book hoarder. So, the aim today is to unhaul ten books which won’t be easy, but I can do it.  Step one, find the books that have been the longest on the app. Now that’s rock and roll.

Stripping the Billionaire (Heirs of Damon, #4)

When I read the blurb of this book on Goodreads, it sounds like if I was a teen, I would have loved this, but as an adult, it’s boring.

Verdict : Unhaul

Playing for Love (Summer Beach Vets #1)

It feels like a book that you can wrap a blanket around you and enter its cuteness with a lost Beagle!

Verdict: Keep

Cabin Heat (Billionaire Redemption, #1) Mesmerized (Hollywood Tales: Brandon, #1)

Two books by the same author but sadly I’m not into erotica anymore.

Verdict: Unhaul

Another erotica and this author split her books into tiny parts to make more profit, and I find that unfair for readers. Plus, her writing isn’t the best, in my opinion.

Verdict: Unhaul

A Winter Wrong (Seasons of Serendipity, #1) Stone Devil Duke: A Hold Your Breath Novel by [K.J. Jackson] ROMANCE: Victorian Romance: Their Lordships and the Lady (A Victorian Historical Romance of the Love of Two Men and One Woman) by [Zola du Cann] So Fair a Lady (Daughters of His Kingdom Book 1) by [Amber Lynn Perry] A Lady of High Regard (Ladies of Liberty Book #1) by [Tracie Peterson] A Game of Persuasion: Extended Prologue for The Art of Ruining a Rake (Scandalous Spinsters Book 3) by [Emma Locke] A Taste of Seduction (An Unlikely Husband Book 1) by [Mary Campisi]The Seduction of Sophie Seacrest: An Unlikely Husband, Book 1 by [Mary Campisi] In the Spinster’s Bed (Spinster House) by [Sally MacKenzie]

I tried reading books in this era, and I always give them one or two stars and a two-star book isn’t really worth my time. Since I have so many books to read. I don’t know why females’ characters in this era are written in a picture with the need to be ‘weak’, and that doesn’t attract me.

Verdict: Unhaul

Since it’s a male/male romance, my gut is telling me that I would like it.

So, in the end, I got rid of 14 books, which is better than I thought I would. Thus, I’m giving myself a pat on the back for that. I also found two books that I want to read right now.

By the way, I thought of this challenge to read books with my name anywhere on the cover so either Alex or Jo (my middle name is Jo) for a week. If you would like me to do this challenge, let me know in the comments.
