Life Update:
My reading has been going slow for me this at just 30 books over 7,896 pages, and I did read all the books that I had planned for the CONTEMPORARYATHON even if to do the last challenge (read a book loved by someone in the book community and since I had no recommendations from you guys).
So, I had to pick a book from chelseadolling reads. From whose, I chose the book The Last True Poets of the Sea by Julia Drake. I can’t believe it, but I did read the books I had planned to read during Readathin. Sadly, I didn’t manage to join any reading sprints. So, this month wasn’t a total reading fail.
I got super stressed out and anxious with my personal life that I thought about quitting blogging, and when I made my mind to blog nothing came up to write about, but luckily I was about to sit down and write a list of topics I want to write about so I’m ready to go!

I think we all – or most – go through that (wanting to quit)! I’m taking some time off the end of March, since that marks my one year. I may not be able to walk away totally, but at least take somewhat of a break…for a week or so. We shall see how that goes!

Hi Alex. Thank you for sticking it through with me. I know I’m not a very responsive prick, and I don’t interact well. I hope to be more engaged in your writing and updates. You are a true friend, a lonely trooper’s best ally. Cuz you like my stuff, I guess? lol
Iunno. I have, sadly, lost the ability to read books. I get all antsy and like I need to escape or sumthin. Hmm. Iunno. Maybe I try again sometime. God do I miss reading… Maybe you can be a role model to me! It’s okay–you don’t have to do anything differently. I’ll just think of you, and I’ll be inspired to read. That’s how it works, right?
Enough blabber. Thank you thank you thank you thank you I hope you enjoyed the books! Don’t get so caught up in the competitive side of things that you forget to get lost in the worlds of the authors. That is the magic of it, after all?
Peace,
v
