I remembered about this tag when some of the book blogs I follow did it. The original creator is Sam’s Cozy Corner. When I went to look for the video, I got upset, though, because I remembered that some of my favourite people no longer make content. It was also a reminder that I need to set up Storygraph because many people that I love moved there, so look for that post if you want to add on there. Oh, well, enough chitchat; let’s go into the tag.
Quesstions:
Anticipation: The Christmas excitement is real, what book release(s) are you most anticipating?

I picked We Are All So Good at Smiling by Amber McBride for a bunch of reasons. First, the cover is gorgeous; second, it’s a novel in verse; and third, I always look for mental rep.
Christmas Songs & Carols: What book or author can you not help but sing its praises?

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that 30 Days of Justis by John Ellsworth is a recent five stars.
Gingerbread Houses: What book or series has wonderful world-building?

A Christmas Carol: Favourite classic or one that you want to read?
I’m spinning it around and picking a movie I watched Last Christmas, which came out in 2019. I saw it last year and wasn’t fond of it, but I re-watched this week and liked it.
Christmas Sweets: What book would you love to receive for Christmas?
My mum and sister brought me all ten books from this post.
Christmas Trees & Decorations: What are some of your favourite book covers?

I love the different oranges in these 2022 releases.
I think that’s a wrap for today. Happy holidays and happy reading,
Alex
