And going

Bringing with it

All the unwanted pain

Leaving you unfocused

On what everything

Means or matters

Like a bird

With heavy feathers

Not knowing what do

Or where to go

To set it free

I can relate. I have several knots restricting my freedom. Anxiety and fear of people being the two most important.
