I did a sort of part one ask Google Christmas edition, and it was fun, at least for me, so I’m researching some of the questions and curiosities I have. Do you know what’s on my mind right now? All the people that have a more challenging time mentally due to the holidays. This thought brings me to my first question.
Which is the best way to deal with your mental health during the holidays?
I found a post by Dr E, who is a double board-certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist and here are the five tips he gives:
- Get enough sleep
- Create (and stick with) your schedule
- Create a budget
- Manage stress with healthy outlets
You can see the whole post here.
When was the first Christmas tree created?
It started in Germany during the 16th century and was built from pyramids made of wood and decorated them with evergreens and candles if the wood was unavailable.
What is the most bought Christmas drink?
My guess was eggnog was I was right because when I looked it up, the top site post, which is from 2020, says that eggnog was the most popular holiday drink in 27 states.
Happy Holidays and I hope you enjoyed this post as much as I had fun writing it.
