Top Five Wednesday/ Christmas Movies

Top Five Wednesday has been taken over by Alex @The Scribe Owl. She has a book topic every Wednesday!

December 1st: Freebie!

I thought it be fun to try something new! Make your own prompt this week and share what you chose for this Top 5 Wednesday! Well, earlier this week, I did a post with some movies that I have in mind to watch this holiday, but I haven’t really said anything about my favourite Christmas films.

The Greatest Showman:

Not only it has festive music, but it is also my favourite musical ever since the first time I watched it. I always dreamt of retelling The Greatest Showman from the view of someone who had to battle just to be the person I wanted to be.

A Christmas Prince:

I don’t know why but the thought of a commoner like you and me can become a royal blows my mind ever since I was a kid. Something unique to me is that the prince’s sister (I can’t remember titles) has Cerebral Palsy like me. Plus, Amber is a writer/blogger.

A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish:

I feel guilty for liking this one since it’s so cheesy and has an overdone plot line, of course. I can’t seem to help it, but like most Cinderella retellings in moves and books, for some reason. I think the music was awesome here too.

The Princess Switch:

When a princess finds a look-like, and both want a taste of each other lives with a baking show in the mix, what else do you need? Although, I have to be honest in saying that I haven’t watched part 2 or 3.

Holiday In The Wild:

Apart from the beautiful scenery you can see here, and I have a soft spot for elephants. I loved the sense of family and still have even you don’t own all the stuff we wish for, and it makes me think of the joy that comes from the heart.
