I saw a lot of hype for XOXO by Axie Oh, but when I read it, I felt it was in the middle for me story-wise
Darby and her best friend have a unique relationship, and I have to say that she gave her best friend some good advice in her wedding speech because she said:
“A great marriage is not when the ‘perfect couple’ comes together. It’s when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.”
It isn’t easy to find The Twins of Auschwitz by Eva Mozes Kor, warm-hearted due to which situation this memoir is set in, but what I find warm-hearted is the love between the sisters and Eva’s ability to forgive.
Bailey’s creations sound to die for and sure to make your mouth starts to water!
I don’t want to spoil anything, but I was so happy for Finch from Both Sides Now by Peyton Thomas by the end because he didn’t give up even if the road was long.

I enjoyed reading your answers. I’ve been back and forth about reading XOXO, because there’s been hype but I don’t know if it’s the right fit for me. I appreciate hearing different perspectives, so knowing that it was in the middle is helpful.
