I like to give myself a sort of break from doing a more thoughtful post with a book tag, so I found an Autumn book tag since it’s the start of the season. This tag was created by Lucy from The Book Belle. Now, onto the fun part, the questions.
1. What book always reminds you of fall/autumn?

Harvest Moon Homecoming (Sweet Haven Farm #0.5) by Jessie Gussman reminds me of fall because of the cover and plotline. This is a short, sweet and funny story it shows how parents to do anything and everything for their kids including giving up on their dreams. This book looks at love as ageless and that’s one of things I loved the most about it. Here are my thoughts from when I read it.
2. What is your favourite autumnal book cover?

The colours give me Autumn vibes, plus I know that pumpkin spice coffee is a thing in America.

My go-to drink is hot chocolate and water during this time of year, but again water is for all year long.
4. Do you prefer to read late at night or early in the morning?

In all honesty, I read in any free second I get, which is how I manage to read so many books per month.
Halloween is coming! What is your favourite spooky read?

The Surgeon (Rizzoli & Isles #1) by Tess Gerritsen is a recent read for me and one that will surely keep you on your toes.
6. What is the ultimate comfort read for you?

The series I’m enjoying and slowly getting myself through is Love & Pets Series by A.G. Henley. I read three and have four on my TBR and one I need to buy.
7. What is your favourite autumnal reading snack?

In the last two days, I have been pretty unhealthy because I have been snacking on a bag of cookies.
8. What is your favourite autumnal candle to burn whilst reading?

Sadly, I have asthma, so most candle scents bother my breathing, so I tend not to use candles.
9. When you’re not reading, what is your favourite autumnal activity?

I always enjoyed hearing the rain; I don’t know why but the sound of rain calms me.
10. What is on your autumn/fall reading list?
As I said, I hope to finish the four novels in the Love & Pets Series, and they are:
Love, Pugs, and Other Problems
The Problem with Pugs
The Predicament of Persians
The Conundrum of Collies

That’s a good book tag. I like to try and do seasonal reads etc.
