Top Ten Tuesday/ Yummy Books

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by thatartsyreadergirl with a new topic every week.

September 1: Books that Make Me Hungry (They could have food items on the cover, foods in the title, be about foodies or have food as a main plot point… they could be cookbooks or memoirs, etc.)

The Christmas Bake-Off

This novella is a baking competition, and the author Abby Clements has some beautiful writing.

Murdered by Sweet

Murder mystery and yummy treats.

Sugar Kisses (3:AM Kisses, #3)

Roxy bakes like there is no tomorrow.

An Unsuitable Woman

In here we read about food from two cultures from Europe and Africa.

No More Bad Dates (High Tea, #1)

The way the cakes are described in this book sounds heavenly.

The Heavenly Italian Ice Cream Shop

I could taste the ice cream from reading the pages.

Roll with It

Ellie here is an excellent baker

Learning about Chinese culture through food traditions.

The Summer of Jordi Perez (and the Best Burger in Los Angeles)

Love, friendships and food.

With the Fire on High

Emoni has the thumb for combining food.

I have to say that I found this prompt hard to do but I still tried 🙂

  1. Great list! The Christmas Bake Off looks really cute 🙂 WTFOH is also a really popular choice this week and it’s almost on everyone’s list so I’m definitely keen to finally read it (and get hungry in the process lol)!
