It doesn’t feel real

That today when

I lay my head on the pillow

I won’t find you there

By my side

To comfort me

With your warm body

You’re gone from here

But not from my heart

 

We had to put my 13-year-old dog down and having a hard time.

  2. I know that feeling. No words can express your grief. Feel however you want to feel. However that is it is correct. It just hurts sooooooooo much. So much. I know your pain. Be blessed while you cry. I understand.
