— In honor of #TomeToppleReadathon coming back this month, discuss those big books on your shelf!

What do I think of long books?

The longest book I read this year was Camellia by Lesley Pearse with a page count of 768 pages. I did the physical book that was by my mum. Since I’ve Cerebral Palsy lifting the book or carrying it around me was very hard, even turning the pages became a challenge. I had to give up on the physical format but, I still wanted to read the book. So, I went online looked up on the site I get my ebooks from, found it and downloaded it. This is just one example of how I make books accessible for my disability. Believe it or not, I tend to enjoy longer books more, since I love to get in my own world with a story. At the end of the day longer, books have their pros and cons like everything else in this world.
