The Blonde Formula by Federica Brunini

This book is a chick lit comparing an Audrey Hepburn painting to a Marilyn Monroe painting. The trouble starts when Marilyn’s portrait comes to life and starts bothering her mismatch owner and what I mean by mismatch is that the gossip journalist Camilla Casteldiani has bought the picture of Audrey Hepburn, not, that of Marilyn Monroe. I had high hopes since it’s a Maltese author and a Maltese publishing house. As a reader and reviewer, I have to be honest and say that I didn’t really like it. I gave this 2 out of 5 stars.
